Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Ajša Eloranta, BSc. Psychology | Counselor, Author & Educator.

I bring a unique blend of corporate experience, psychological expertise, and multicultural perspective to my work with individuals and teams.

Born with roots in the Balkans and raised in Switzerland, I grew up between cultures and languages. Over the past decade, I worked in large international corporations, delivering job-skill trainings across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This experience gave me not only fluency in several languages (English, German, French, and Bosnian/Serbo-Croatian), but also a deep understanding of how to conduct business and communicate effectively across cultures.

One defining moment in my career was at age 25, when I gave my first major presentation in Las Vegas, in front of 700 people. Thrown into the deep end, I learned how to swim — and ever since, helping others find their confidence on stage and in the workplace has been one of my greatest strengths.

After a successful corporate career, I chose to embrace motherhood while pursuing my degree in Psychology. Becoming a mother taught me patience and resilience in ways I never imagined. Studying psychology added the missing piece of the puzzle: my passion for understanding people — especially how they learn, grow, and perform.

My thesis, now published, focused on E-Learning 3.0, a framework for how digital natives are motivated, retain knowledge, and apply learning in corporate settings. I sort of developed the recipe of what it takes to create the e-learning content for digital natives to better learn, stay motivated, and apply their knowledge in the corporate world — like I cracked the code. You can read more about it in my published article.

But beyond research and credentials, my true talent lies in motivating and advising people. I help individuals and teams discover their strengths, set meaningful goals, and unlock their potential. While therapy is important for addressing challenges such as trauma and psychological struggles, my work is about growth, motivation, and future orientation.

I believe that when you invest in yourself — mentally, emotionally, financially and professionally — you don’t just survive life, you step ahead of yourself and thrive in the flow.

I look forward to crossing paths with you!
